How to Buy Dianes Dolls and Bears
The easiest way to make a purchase if the delivery address is within the UK is to click on the 'Buy Now' button below the item you want to buy. Most major Credit and Debit cards are accepted along with Paypal.
Payment can also be made by Cash, Cheque (made out to Dianes Dolls) and Postal Order but please speak to Diane before sending payment so the item can be reserved for you. Once payment has been received and cleared your item will be posted the next available working day.

Identification and Valuation
Unfortunately Diane does not offer an identification or valuation service of your own dolls / bears and recommends you contact your local auction house who may offer this kind of service.
Layaway
A layaway service is available on dolls and bears over the value of £100 unless stated otherwise in the description. A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost (including postage) is required to secure the doll or bear. The remainder of the balance can then be paid over an eight week period. Your doll or bear will not be posted until it has been paid for in full including postage.
Buy with confidence
All of the antique dolls and collectable dolls on the Diane's Dolls website are as seen and as described. There are no reproductions, copies or fakes and all hard plastic dolls are checked for disease and related odours. Any damage (if any), including hairlines or repair work to the doll will be clearly pointed out in the description. If there's anything especially important to you please don't hesitate to ask.
